Coffee tasting is the basis for quality improvement. Without tasting nothing can be improved. The cupping method is a protocol used worldwide for tasting and evaluating coffee. It makes sure that the difference in taste between the types of coffee lies in the beans themselves and not in the way they are prepared.

Learn how to cup using the official cupping protocol and learn the language used for the description of coffee. Learn how to recognize old, fresh, underdeveloped or over roasted coffee. How sensitive is your tastebuds for sweet / sour / salty / bitter? and what are the types of acids found in coffee and how do they taste?

This two days training is for baristas, coffee roasters and entrepreneurs who would like to learn more about coffee. Also very useful as a preparation for the National Cup Tasting Championship. Basic knowledge is not essential
